I started the ACT back in high school. I had a strong interest in science and technology and the involvement of the government agencies that persisted in the "cover-ups" of certain unexplained and often paranormal occurrences through out history, such as the Philadelphia Experiment. I always had craving to seek-out and find the facts about the mysteries that are kept well hidden by government agencies and secret organizations, which elude the public by constant conspiracy's and dark operations. (Although these agencies deny any involvement in such astounding and astronomical feat's.) If so, we begin to ask the question, "If not the MEN IN BLACK, then who or what is keeping our eye's fixed at the strange objects in the sky and the encounters of what seems to be the counter points of mystery and the unexplainable. I soon decided to initiate a group, which would eliminate the elusions of what is being kept behind closed doors.
